Overview & Context
Founded in 2023 by three doctors of pharmacy, Neopharm is an independent pharmacy network and benchmark partner in institutional medication management in France. The group combines comprehensive strategic support for community pharmacies (purchasing center, laboratory partnerships including Biogaran, certified training, digital tools), a dedicated compounding laboratory for custom formulations respecting Good Preparation Practices (BPP), and proven automated dose dispensing (PDA) supporting over 130 care facilities (EHPAD, FAM, MAS) and 10,000 residents across 8 departments.
Strategic Goal
Driven by evolving public health mandates, population aging, and stringent regulatory frameworks governing the medication circuit in care homes without internal pharmacies (decree no. 2018-841), Neopharm required a unified digital presence. The website needed to articulate laboratory compounding rigor, automated dose packaging (PDA) mitigating nursing workload in care homes, and collective purchasing advantages for independent pharmacists preserving full decision-making autonomy.
